Technical requirements

Enabling JavaScript in Internet Explorer 5+ (Windows)

  1. Select "Tools" and then "Internet Options..." from the main menu.

  2. Select the "Security" tab in the "Internet settings" window.

  3. Select "Internet" and then "Custom Level...".

  4. In the "Security settings" panel scroll down to the heading "Scripting" and select "enable" under "Active Scripting". The radio button next to "enabled" should now be filled with a solid dot.

  5. Select the OK button.
  6. Select the OK button when the prompt appears.
  7. You may also need to select "Local intranet" if you are not viewing the toolbox over an internet connection. Select the "Internet settings" window, select the "Custom level" button and repeat steps 4, 5 and 6.

  8. Select the OK button in the "Internet settings" window.
  9. Use your browser's toolbar to close this window and refresh your original page.
