Physics Unit 2B

This Physics Unit 2B Learning Resource is composed of two unit organisers.

‘Heating and cooling’ is about understanding how thermal energy is transferred between objects.

Students consider how physicists describe the thermal properties of objects and use this knowledge to explain the processes of heat transfer in daily life. ‘Electrical fundamentals’ is about how electric charges and electric fields interact to transfer electrical energy.

Students undertake investigations and experiments related to everyday experiences and apply their understanding to realistic situations
