Hotmail - sign up

1. Click the Hotmail logo above to open Hotmail in a new window. Note: This logo is available on every page you need to use Hotmail. Click on this logo whenever you need to open Hotmail. Make sure, though, that you open Hotmail only if you have already closed the Hotmail window.

2. Click the Sign up now! link.

3. Complete the Registration form. Put an answer in each box in the Profile Information section. Make sure you enter your correct First and Last Name. Your Full Name will be sent with all outgoing e-mail messages.

4. In the Account Information section, choose a login name and password. The password will not appear when you type. Make a conscious effort to remember it. It's there to make sure only you can access your e-mail.

5. Click on Sign Up when you've finished.

6. You may have to change your login name if someone else has already chosen the same name for their login name. Simply choose a different login name.

7. At the next screen you will be informed that the signup was successful. Click Continue at Hotmail.

8. Read the TERMS OF USE on the next page. When you have finished click the I Accept button.

9. The next screen will ask if you would like to subscribe to WebCourier. Subscribing means that you will recieve a regular newsletter on that particular topic. At the bottom of this screen, click Continue.

10. You're in. This is your In box where all e-mail messages sent to you are kept.

11. Click Sign Out to log out of your account, and then close the Hotmail window.
