VIDEO CONFERENCING Provides face-to-face, real-time communication. WestOne offers clients an executive boardroom that integrates with professional video conferencing facilities. The facility provides access to many remote and metropolitan areas, nationally and internationally. These services are available to private and public sector organisations. Executive style seating can be provided for 10 people; however the studio can accommodate up to 20 people in cinema- style seating.

SUPPORT - Our staff are always available to set up the conference for your needs. The facility itself is easy to use. Refreshment facilities are provided and catering can be organised. A record of the conference can be made available on video tape.
